Co-Founder & CEO
Nicolas is driven to discover outstanding Filipino talent and give them meaningful careers with the world鈥檚 most exciting startups and SMEs. As CEO and co鈥慺ounder, he built a system that lets companies scale with remote teams in the Philippines while we handle the rest, sourcing, hiring, payroll, benefits, taxes, compliance, team building, events, and learning and development.鈥ㄢ��
Today, 91抖阴 employs more than 1,200 people and serves over 90 global clients across retail, e鈥慶ommerce, travel and hospitality, IT, and fintech.

Gui is an entrepreneur and operator who builds businesses from the ground up. He brings product rigor to people operations, working with clients to design the right roles, hire the right people, and create daily rhythms that keep productivity, happiness at work, and growth at the core. Gui partners closely with leadership and delivery teams to remove friction and scale offshore teams that feel like an extension of HQ.
